Slowly but surely essential oils are taking their place at the so called treatment table. Modern science is uncovering the how behind the anecdotal stories of yore.
St george triathlon. PR’d all 3 parts and dropped 6 minutes from my time. Given that my T1 and T2 times were each longer by 1 minute each (T1 was farther away from the pool this year and T2 I had to put shoes on and get my clip ins off- last year I didn’t have clip ins and it was fast fast to get in and out), I actually dropped 8 minutes of actual racing time. πŸŠβ€β™€οΈπŸš΄πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ”₯πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Yup. Give us unsafe staffing. Unsafe acuity. And then throw us under the bus 🚌 when a mistake happens. They do. Especially when staff are strained by acuity and patient numbers.
